Construction Project Manager / Estimator
This position will be full time based in our office in Dallas, TX with paid leave, health insurance, 401K and company discretionary bonuses based on performance.
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Prior work experience with TXDOT, ONCOR or Right of Way will be a plus
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide cost estimates for construction projects (Tower Structural Upgrades and other projects) in the Telecom industry
- Oversee and manage construction vendors
- Maintain Project Status work sheets and trackers
- Report to Directors on a periodical basis and clients
- Limited field visits may be required
